If you’re not already familiar with the portfolio of Don and Ryan Clark (aka Invisible Creature) then get your click on and check out this collection of epic awesomeness. For several years now, IC has been cranking out some some spectacular music packaging, gig posters, tees, and drool-worthy collectibles. When I recently came across an interview with Ryan profiling some very advanced printing effects employed as part of new album packaging for The Atlas Moth, I felt compelled to share it.
The above images depict a before and after of The Atlas Moth’s new album, The Old Believer—the lighter cover is what normally appears, but apply a steady stream of water over the photography, and a darker, more ominous scene is slowly revealed.
